Michael's photos, September, 2011

Michael and Linda came to visit at the beginning of September. While he was here Michael bought a new camera lens. He takes photos of many things anyhow, but the new lens was an excuse to explore the people and surroundings all over again. Here is a selection of his photos, highlighting the kids and their immediate environment.

When they were last here, Robin wasn't born yet (he arrived about 30 hours after they left!). They brought a puzzle for Sparrow, but one of the pieces somehow got put in Michael's bag to take home again. So here it is, the wandering heart, returned back to its owner. Sparrow was quite pleased. She is a neat and tidy soul and had wondered a few times where the missing piece was.

Off to "school". She has one backpack on, and the green bear is another over-the-shoulder "bag".

Linda reads Sparrow a story, one of three they brought for her (which was very sweet of them!). The stuffed dragon looks on with a beady eye.
