Michael's photos, 3-10 April, 2011

Michael and Linda Deegan came to stay with us for the week before my due date. They were immensely good company for me, and also for Sparrow who absolutely loved having extra people in the house to play games with. I was surprised at how quickly she took to them - while she's met Michael and Linda before, most recently at last Christmas, I wasn't expecting her to remember them particularly. But as soon as they arrived it was like they'd always been here. In a nice way, that is! They were invaluable too in keeping Sparrow distracted and using up energy at times when I really wasn't up to it, or when James and I had something official to deal with that was better without Sparrow's "assistance". Michael likes to take photos, he takes far more than I do. So these pages are a collection of the photos that he took (and some by Linda too :-), seeing our gorgeously cute little girl through someone else's eyes (who also thought she was awfully photogenic. See, it's not just me!). I won't put a lot of comments on them, I think the images mostly speak for themselves. It's also a chance to get a few more photos with me in them up on these pages - the disadvantage of usually being the one behind the camera. I look pretty big, but that's what you'd expect at 39 or 40 weeks pregnant -grin-.
